 Identify the Adversity. If we're going to rewrite your story, first we need to determine what the story IS, right? Scroll below, download your worksheet and start fleshing out this topic. If you torn between a few different stories, make sure you read the extra prompts--I added those just for you! What mess are YOU going to turn into a message over these next three days?
 Rewrite your Story. Now that you've made it through the adversity, let's get a fresh perspective on what happened. When we're going through tough times, it can be difficult to see the light. Sharing your story gives you the opportunity to BE that light for someone else... so let's dig it out. When you shift your perspective and look at your story with fresh eyes, what positive outcomes can we pull from it? This part may be hard at first so don't be afraid to ask a friend for help.
