EP 14: Sharing the Tough Parts - Knowing When the Timing is Right (ft. Natalie Franke)
As speakers we are storytellers, and we have the ability to communicate our story however we want it to be perceived. People will judge our story whether we share it or not. That is out of out control! However, if our focus is in the right place and our heart is supported with the right intentions, then we can share our story confidently and bravely. You can choose to be either a celebrity or a leader with your story. Leaders create other leaders, celebrities create followers. Leaders empower people to be their best; celebrities create content to draw people, to watch them, to admire them. I like to think of my dear friend Natalie Franke Hayes as a profound leader! She is joining us to discuss how to share our stories, when to share them and how much of them to share. She has a personal journey around this topic and I know you will truly enjoy learning from her in this episode!
